Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we produce. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handmade products, we do not accept returns or process exchanges. However, we want to make sure you are happy with your experience. Please read below for specifics.

Please note that we will not issue refunds for:

  • Products where you dislike the scent or an ingredient in the product.

  • Ingredient Allergies. Please read the entire ingredient list offered with each product. We offer this detail for you to make informed decisions prior to your purchase. 

  • Sales items or discontinued items.

  • Gift cards.

Should you have an issue outside of the parameters noted above, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at glassconaturals@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue. Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving a request as long as they meet the noted requirements. Please note, we will make every effort to finalize within the five (5) noted, but please keep in mind, sometimes issues arise outside of our control (software, systems, etc.) and the process may take longer. We will always be transparent about this. In addition, if your request goes to any other email address other than the one noted, it will NOT get processed.
